Greetings! 

I am Dr. Arvin Johnson, a full-time tenure-track assistant professor in the Bagwell College of Education, Department of Educational Leadership. I have held various leadership positions in public education for more than 15 years. My experiences include teaching, instructional coaching, and administration. As a public school administrator, I held the following positions: dean of students, assistant principal, and principal. My research interests include school administrator professional learning, student achievement, instructional best practices, brain-based learning, and general leadership theory.
