Arvin Johnson

Greetings! 

I am Dr. Arvin Johnson, a full-time tenure-track assistant professor in the Bagwell College of Education, Department of Educational Leadership. I have held various school leadership positions in public education for more than 15 years. My K-12 experiences range from elementary to high school, including serving as a teacher, an instructional coach, and a school administrator. As a public school administrator, I held the following positions: dean of students, assistant principal, and principal. My research interests are principal professional learning and preparation, best practices in pedagogy and curriculum, and school finance.
