Welcome to my SPSU website. I am the Astronomy instructor for the Biology, Chemistry, and Physics department. I have a B.S. in Physics from Georgia Tech, and a M.A. in Physics and Astronomy from Vanderbilt University. In addition to astronomy, my personal interests include music, literature, history, and philosophy.
While at Vanderbilt University, I was a member of the Supernova Cosmology Project, the discoverers of dark energy, which won the 2011 Nobel Prize in Physics.
