Dr. Lee is a professor of Criminal Justice at the Kennesaw State University. He received his Ph.D. in Sociology/Criminology in 1998 from the University of Florida.  Prior to joining KSU, he was an Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at El Paso (2000-2013) and a Research Scientist at Columbia University (1998-2000).  His current research is a comparative study of Cyber Crime and deviant behaviors in cyberspace. He also researches a comparative study of youth delinquency that employs theoretical frameworks into historically and culturally different societies in order to broaden our understanding of different approaches to youth drug problems. His recent publications have appeared in the Social Science Journal, Social Science Quarterly, Crime and Delinquency, Deviant Behaviors, and Western Criminology Review.
