Kelly Francis

Instructor of Music Theory, School of Music

A native of Canada, Dr. Francis earned a bachelor's degree in Music and a master's degree in Music Theory from the University of Ottawa. 

She completed her PhD in Music Theory from the Eastman School of Music in 2011. Her research focuses on music cognition and perception. Dr. Francis is also an active piano instructor and choir accompanist in the surrounding area.
