Research

Currently, I am working on a project jointly with the College of Architecture which investigates fabric alternatives to traditional concrete formwork. This research is investigating how to utilize the efficiencies of fabric formwork giving non-prismatic shapes that places concrete only where it needed most. This interdisciplinary undergraduate research effort includes students from architecture and civil engineering.
