Francine Warner
Highly technical Program and Project Leader dedicated to delivering technologies that
align with business strategies. Proven IT leadership and experience in managing the
design, acquisition, and delivery of new infrastructure components, platform migrations
to new technology, Healthcare security application implementations, Biomedical device
integration, ERP implementations, eCommerce Web farm management, telecommunications
management, and network and infrastructure design work. Many projects dealing with
IT construction in ground-up construction of retail stores, distribution centers,
relocation of personnel, datacenter relocations, datacenter tier upgrades, and datacenter
consolidation. Francine possesses a diverse industry background in healthcare, financial
services, human resource services, security services, retail, aviation, and manufacturing.
Since 2009, Francine has been an instructor at KSU's College of Professional and Continuing
Education, teaching the Project Management Certification Course for those seeking
the prestigious PMP® certification. The project management classes are attended by
adult professionals seeking to learn more about the project management profession
and are preparing for the PMP exam.
Francine joined SPSU in January 2012 as an adjunct professor for the Business Administration department. Courses being taught by Francine during the Spring 2014 semester are 4135-Project Management and 3105-Management and Organizational Behavior.
