Robert S. Keyser

Dr. Keyser earned his PhD in Industrial Engineering at The University of Tennessee (2008). In addition, he holds an MS degree in Statistics from The University of Tennessee (2005), an MBA-Management degree from East Tennessee State University (1992), and a BS degree in Statistics from The University of Tennessee (1988).

His research interests include applying industrial engineering tools, such as Lean manufacturing, work measurement, human factors, and reliability in healthcare and manufacturing sectors, and higher education.
