Dr. Chi Zhang is an Associate Professor of Information Technology and Interim Department Chair of the Department of Software Engineering and Game Development in the College of Computing and Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University. She serves as a Program Evaluator for the Computer Accrediting Commission of ABET.
She received her Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She also holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Nebraska-Omaha and another master’s in Instructional Technology from University of Nebraska-Kearney. She has been a certified professional in healthcare information & management systems (CPHIMS) since 2013, and a certified health data analyst (CHDA) since 2017.
Prior to joining the University in 2010, Dr. Zhang had taught a variety of courses in both Computer Science and Information Systems at the University of Nebraska-Omaha for nine years.
