Bob Harbort is emeritus professor in the School of Computing and Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University in Marietta, Georgia. A licensed professional engineer, he also holds certifications in data processing and computer systems. His PhD is from the Graduate Institute of the Liberal Arts at Emory University, where he studied theories of interpretation and how they may be applied to both human and machine information processing systems.
