Anuashine Ellis

I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing and Professional Sales at Kennesaw State University's Coles College of Business where I teach Professional Sales courses and coach the Sales Team. As a faculty member at the Center for Professional Sales (CPS), I also work closely with our Industry Partners to ensure our students get Professional Sales Experience and are equipped for careers in Sales before graduating from KSU.

My research mostly focuses on B2B Marketing/Sales. I am particularly interested in Technology in Sales, Sales Performance, and Psychological Factors that negatively affect salespeople. I am also interested in consumer engagement with digital technology, AI, and social media.

Prior to joining KSU, I spent five years at Illinois State University where I taught Personal Selling and Negotiations courses, coached students at various national sales competitions, and helped organize a large sales competition. I have over seven years of experience coaching and teaching sales courses and also worked in B2B technology sales for a year prior to getting my doctorate.
