Ana Galindo, MSMR is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience spanning Marketing Research, Customer Experience, Shopper Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Analytics. She has worked on both the client and supplier sides, across B2B and B2C environments, and brings a strong global perspective to her work. Her corporate experience includes roles at Fortune 500 companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Travelers, UPS, The Home Depot, Walmart, and Kodak. A native of Mexico City, Mrs. Galindo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in International Marketing from Texas Christian University and a Master of Science in Marketing Research from the University of Texas at Arlington.
As an instructor, Mrs. Galindo brings real-world insight, energy, and empathy into the classroom. She’s passionate about connecting theory to practice through hands-on projects, interactive discussions, and relevant case studies. Her teaching style is collaborative, inclusive, and driven by curiosity—encouraging students to ask meaningful questions, challenge assumptions, and think critically about business problems. Outside of work, she loves to travel, learn about different cultures and customs, and considers herself an eternal learner—always seeking to grow through new experiences and the perspectives of others. She is fluent in Spanish (her mother tongue) and highly proficient in Portuguese, which further deepens her connection to diverse audiences and global perspectives.
