Benjamin Angalet

FIELD RESEARCH COORDINATOR, INSTRUCTOR OF LABORATORY SAFETY

COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS

Welcome! I am KSU's Field Research Coordinator and Instructor of Laboratory Safety. I am also a full-time Master's Student in Integrative Biology (MSIB). My research explores the physiological adaptations of American alligators, with a focus on osmoregulation across coastal and inland populations.

In addition to my graduate studies, I manage fieldwork logistics, our greenhouses, aquascapes, boats, and truck fleets. Here at CSM, we offer 13 unique and informative safety trainings that I teach on a regular basis. I’m passionate about mentorship, hands-on science education, and fostering a collaborative research environment.

Whether you’re a student, colleague, or collaborator, I’m glad you stopped by!
