Botong Xue

Botong Xue is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Security, and servers as program coordinator of BS-Cyber in the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. He earned his Ph.D. in MIS from Mississippi State University and his master's degree in Information Systems and Assurance from the University of New Mexico. His research has been published in a range of information systems journals, including Information & Management, The DATA BASE for Advances in Information Systems, Journal of Database Management, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Marketing Letter, Organizational Cybersecurity Journal, etc. He also serves on the editorial advisory board of the International Journal of Accounting and Information Management. His research primarily focuses on employees' information security behavior, computer abuse, and the technology use.
