Research I'm doing...

Currently I am working on one collection of poetry entitled the "The Happiness and Frustration of Suburban Life."

Critical research I am doing involves the impact of the internet and Web 2.0 technologies on the brain. 

I am also working on a separate project that involves developing a theory of poetics for the New York school poets centered around media and media environments. 

Future work include critical/theoretical applications of work of Helene Cixous to the poetry of Alice Notely, as well a projects on privacy, Wikileaks, big data, and choice. Other areas of interest include the graphic novel, postmodernism, poststructuralism, Derrida, Third-Wave French feminism, Gender theory, hypercapitalism, digital labour, digital culture, and new media studies.
