Dianhan Zheng
Dr. Dianhan Zheng is an assistant professor of psychology at Kennesaw State University. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston. Since joining KSU, she has taught statistics, industrial/organizational psychology, and leadership courses. Her teaching goal is to cultivate students' ability to think critically, apply knowledge effectively, and approach problems logically and coherently.
As an organizational psychologist, Dr. Zheng uses her research to provide insights regarding how to improve people's work life. Her research interest covers topics such as employee-organization relationship, emotions in the workplace, and employee wellbeing. Her work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals in organizational psychology and management, such as the Leadership Quarterly and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
