Jennifer Vandenbussche

Dr. Jennifer Vandenbussche received her Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008.  She joined the faculty as an assistant professor in Fall 2008, and she was promoted to the rank of professor in 2020.  In 2021, she was awarded KSU's Outstanding Teaching Award.

Dr. Vandenbussche's primary field of mathematical research is graph theory, particularly extremal graph theory.  She is also interested in research into best practices in teaching undergraduate mathematics.

Dr. Vandenbussche is currently the Coordinator for the Minor in Mathematics at KSU.
