Minhao Dai
Minhao Dai, PhD., is an associate professor of communication in the School of Communication and Media at Kennesaw State University. His interdisciplinary research builds on communication, public health, and intervention science to examine and address a variety of health disparity issues. Specifically, his research interests include high-risk health behaviors, healthcare service interventions, patient experiences LGBTQ health, and patient-provider communication. His recent work in these areas has been published in Computers in Human Behavior, Archives of Sexual Behavior, and Health Communication.
Minhao currently teaches COMM 3320: Health Communication and COMM 3435: Communication Research Methods. He is passionate about working with undergraduate and graduate students on research projects and career mentorship.
