Matthew Lee

Matthew Lee is Clinical Assistant Professor of Economics and Director of the Education Choice Research Lab at Kennesaw State University. His research focuses on education policy, school choice, and religious education. His peer-reviewed research has appeared in Education Finance and Policy, Education Next, the Journal for the Scientific Study of Religion, the Journal of Religion and Health, Evaluation Review, and the Journal of School Choice. His op-eds and blogs have appeared in Law & Liberty, National Review, Forbes, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and the Georgia Public Policy Foundation blog. His research has been awarded $253,000 in funding and grants, and recognized with the Mensa Education & Research Foundation Award for Excellence in Research, the Best Paper Prize at the International School Choice & Reform Conference, and the Best Conference Paper Prize at the University of Arkansas, where he earned his Ph.D. in Education Policy.
