During his 19‑year career at The Coca‑Cola Company, Michael served as a finance leader partnering across the global organization with marketing, procurement, IT, supply chain, technical teams, and commercial leadership to support strategic decision‑making and business performance. He later left The Coca‑Cola Company to pursue his passion for helping individuals improve their personal finances, founding Financial Success Planning, a firm dedicated to practical financial education, investing, and long‑term financial independence. Michael now applies this cross‑functional and real‑world perspective to his teaching, helping students build the confidence and skills needed to make informed financial decisions throughout their lives.
