ISCI 2002 Physical Science Concepts course both F2F and online. 

The course is intended for early grades, elementary, and middle level education majors. Physical Science defines science, examines how science is done, and develops an understanding of fundamental concepts in astronomy, chemistry and physics. Laboratory experiences will emphasize experimental design, data analysis, and inquiry methods. 

ECE 7702 Equity in STEM Teaching and Learning

This course is designed to introduce graduate students to research and strategies examining foundational texts in the areas of multicultural education, equity, policy, and social justice within the context of STEM education by considering the implications for students’ learning of STEM and for the development of STEM teachers and STEM teacher educators. The purpose of this course is to provide students with experiences for integrating equity and multicultural educational strategies with the Engineering Design Process, experiential learning opportunities, and project-based STEM activities.
