Professor of Entrepreneurship

Steve started his career working in strategy for Telecom Australia and Ansett Airlines before becoming a full time academic in 1994. Over the last thirty years, he has taught MBA students on four continents, led two entrepreneurship centers, served as the fund administrator for an angel group, and delivered classes on business and economic development for the US Army.

His research has appeared in several leading journals, including the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of International Business Studies, Organizational Behavior & Human Decision Processes, Industrial Marketing Management, and the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization. His first book, Startup Stories, was released in July 2020.
