Hoseon Lee

Associate Professor

Department of Electrical Engineering


Dr. Lee received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at Georgia Institute of Technology. He joined the Electrical Engineering Department at Kennesaw State University in Fall 2013. 

His industry work experience includes design of low noise amplifiers in transceiver chips at Samsung Electronics and dynamic impedance matching for antennas to meet 4G LTE specifications at Blackberry. Converted electroencephalograph signals from epileptic patients at Neuropace, a bioengineering company, to predict the onset of seizures. 

He has several years of teaching experience at Georgia Tech as a lecturer on record and at the Naval Academy in South Korea as a full-time lecturer.  

His research interests range from bioengineering applications including microfluidic cell counting devices to wireless communication modules including far-field wireless power transfer systems and wireless tracking devices.
