Syllabi
I have developed learning contents for three IT courses on different aspects of data. Their learning materials are available below. I am also improving IT4773 - Machine Learning for Enterprise Applications which will be available by Fall 2023.
IT4153 - Advance Databases
This course focuses on advance database concepts, including advance PL/SQL (or similar database programming language), database transaction, database security, database maintenance, and distributed, NoSQL, and web databases
IT7103 - Practical Data Analytics
This course focuses on practical usages of supervised machine learning. Concepts and hand-on experiences will be provided for topics including data collection, preliminary analysis, data preprocessing, model selection, model tuning, and result presentation, of an analytical project.
IT7143 - Cloud Data Analytics Technologies
This course introduces analytics under cloud environments, specifically, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Concepts and hand-on experienecs will be provided for supervised and unsupervised machine learning with tabular data, image data, and text data in each of the listed frameworks. Google Colab is being integrated in this course this current semester of Spring 2023.
