Patrick Fennell

After a career in advertising and corporate communications within the consumer electronics industry, Professor Fennell earned his Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. His research explores novel phenomena in retail and services, examining their impact from the perspectives of consumers, employees, and firms through a diverse range of methodological approaches.

His work has been published in leading academic journals, including Business & Society, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Service Research, and Psychology & Marketing.
