Biology 3350- Exam 1 Information

For exam 1, emphasize your notes. Be able to draw and embryonic developement to the level discussed in class. You will be expected to clearly label all deuterstome, chordate and craniate structures discussed in class. Make sure you can define all terms/names used in class, those given for Quiz 1 plus be able to define/described terms used go describe the movement of cells during ontogeny (e.g., epiboly, invagination, involution - you can find definitions beginning here: http://worms.zoology.wisc.edu/frogs/gast/gast_morph.html). Know the characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of the taxa discussed in class.

It will be helpful if you bring colored pencils or pens to the exam.
