Research Interests
Drawing upon my experiences as an entrepreneur and mentor, I am deeply invested in exploring the complex dynamics of family businesses. My research journey has been driven by compelling questions derived from real-world engagements, and I am passionate about providing impactful insights that foster the growth and success of both small businesses and family firms. Family businesses are not only significant drivers of economic prosperity but also play a vital role in shaping local communities and economies. As an enthusiastic researcher, I seek to empower family firms with actionable insights that enable them to navigate their unique challenges and opportunities effectively.
I focus on three pivotal domains within family firms: the complex interplay between family dynamics and business goals, the challenges and strategies involved in the succession process, and the nuanced heterogeneity among family firms. By addressing these critical aspects, I aim to contribute to both academic understanding and practical implications for family businesses.
