Kennesaw State University Trumpet Studio

Kennesaw State University has a history of excellence in trumpet, which can be traced back several decades. Both current and former professors are some of the preeminent trumpet artists and scholars in North America. Our students and alumni have performed at major conferences, festivals, and competitions on merit-based invitations, such as the National Trumpet Competition, the International Trumpet Guild Conference, the Aspen Music FestivalSewanee Music FestivalBrevard Music Center, and the North American Brass Band chamber music competition, to name but a few.

Additionally, the Kennesaw State University Trumpet Studio (KSUTS for short) has a prestigious reputation for placement into full-time positions as arts administrators, band directors, church musicians, college professors, military musicians, orchestral performers, and jazz/commerical musicians.
