Kristin Horan

Kristin A. Horan, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychological Science and a core faculty member in the Center for the Advancement of Military and Emergency Services Center at Kennesaw State University. She received her PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Her research focuses on interventions to improve employee safety, health, and well-being, particularly in high-risk occupational settings, such as emergency services agencies. She is an Editorial Board Member of Occupational Health Science and Stress & Health. She teaches Careers in Psychology & Research Methods in Psychological Science.
