Research
My research broadly relates to Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and more specifically to Occupational Health Psychology. My projects tend to focus on at least one of these three topics:
1. Intervention Methodology: How can we better design, implement, and evaluate programs to protect and improve employee safety, health, and well-being?
2. At-Risk Employee Groups: How can we better meet the needs of employees who have unique health and safety needs, such as emergency services employees?
3. The Work-Health Relationship: How can we better understand how work influences your health, and how your health influences work?
