Research Interests with Undergraduates

Research Interests

I am interested in studying microplastics found in the environment as well as those created in the lab to study the fate of organics and metals absorbed to microplastics in the water treatment process.  I am interested in studying the fate of micro and nano plastics in the field where they may be taken up by plants and cause the transport of these chemicals into our food supply.
